U.S.: We Don’t Have the Resources to Investigate Our Agents Illegally Aiding Islamic Extremists

Filed under: General — Patterico @ 9:03 pm

Your government, getting its priorities straight as usual:

A criminal investigations report says several U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services employees are accused of aiding Islamic extremists with identification fraud and of exploiting the visa system for personal gain.

The confidential 2006 USCIS report said that despite the severity of the potential security breaches, most are not investigated “due to lack of resources” in the agency’s internal affairs department.

I’m reassured. You?

  1. This is what happens when you have civilians in charge of things the military should be doing.

I’m sure most of the workers are great, but in my experience working for the government, all that ready money and information attracts greedy petty criminals like bees to honey.

  2. I’m like totally shocked~~~!!

You mean our congress and GREAT federal policing powers can’t or won’t enforce current law?

    Amazing!!

Any wonder they jointly enjoy a 13% approval rating?

Though I hate without prejudice, class action suits, the American people for sure are entitled to one against congress.

According to the legal types such would be preferential to what they actually deserve. I’ve heard about forced reconstruction, sorta like what born this nation?

Soooooooo give yer inept courts a chance, then the people can have a chance. My bets are on the people!

  3. Um, TC,

The “executive” branch of government, as it has told us many times over the past few years, is in charge of running our borders.

Fortunately, the White House will be self-flushing in 08.

  4. The White House may be self flushing in 2008 but looking at some of the turds setting themselves up for splashdown we will probably be in for 4 to 8 years of the same globalist elitism that we just got rid of.

  5. I’m reassured. You?

    Not so much, no…

  6. I would like to think it is disinformation in preparation of a major take-down, but I doubt it.

“ICE — the original investigating agency — downgraded the criminal investigation to a managerial problem, and the case was never prosecuted, a source close to the investigation said.”

Find who signed off on that and find out why, if it really happened that way. Threat of bodily harm to family members acceptible if higher authorities informed.

Some people are worried that we are losing our civil liberties because of too much governmental surveillance. Doesn’t make sense.

  7. Are there no further comments on this because of incredulity and disdain?

  8. The White House will self flush in 2008 but, to save you from great disappointment, don’t expect that Ms. Clinton and her Democrat controlled congress will do anything significant against illegal aliens or Islamic terrorism.
