   Terapon Adhahn was in the U.S. Army when he raped his 16 year old relative back in 1990.

   At that time, a psychologist evaluated him as “an angry and poorly controlled man with a plethora of psychological emotional and behavioral problems.”

5. The U.S. Army could have prosecuted and jailed Terapon Adhahn, Patricia.

   Or executed him.

   Instead, they deported him to the city of Tacoma.
