Justin that article is hilarious. In one paragraph, the court states that Condit’s own affidavit did not deny lying to investigators ( the story for which he was suing ) but Condit’s atty claims that ‘”It’s unfortunate that there’s no protection for public figures in Arizona and that the defamations can just be repeated, irrespective of their truth,” Brown said. “I don’t think we could have proved any more than we proved.”‘
Uh, no, if your own client won’t answer questions directly, I don’t think your case is going to go far.
