Are you CERTAIN this was an error?

Today’s Miami Herald has this curious notice to its readers:

A photograph of Bill Clinton and Officer Alan Davis on Page 3B in Monday’s local section did not intend to imply that the former president had involvement in a sexual solicitation case against the officer. Davis and Clinton were photographed together when the officer did bomb checks during a visit by Clinton. Davis was arrested Sunday and charged with solicitation and transportation with the purpose of prostitution.

  1. Whether it was an error or not, who knows? But it did give me a chuckle… something about, I don’t know, irony.

  2. Haha… Clinton, always bringin’ the classy.

  3. Oddly enough, this is the second time today that Clinton has been mentioned is association with a prostitution arrest.

I heard on the radio that a woman aressted for running a ring of ladies with negotiable virtue had bragged to an undercover police officer in Las Vegas — prior to her arrest — that her girls were sooooo discreet, that Bill Clinton had been a client.

I’m not sure how much credibility a madam marketing her crew should be given, but I sure wish I could find a link to that story.
