Clint Taylor on the Venezuelan Terrorist

Filed under: General — Patterico @ 11:44 pm

Did Clint Taylor’s call to the FBI result in the capture of a terrorist in Venezuela? I’m thinking maybe it did. Read his piece and make up your own mind.

  1. I tried to read it – I really did – but I started to lose consciousness by the 4th or 5th paragraph.

[Yeah, the piece has a lot of words in it. Many of them are big. -- P]

If the moral of the story is that Clint Taylor has been protecting Latin America from the scourge of Islamofascism then I say “good for him,” damnit.

Keeping imaginery enemies at bay is presumably “hard work.”

  2. post hoc ergo propter hoc?
i could never have done what clint taylor did, because i don’t open emails from terrorists. unless i know you, your message goes in the junk box next to the penile enlargers and the nigerians. subject lines like “secret admirer craves your body” routinely get deleted, i can’t imagine opening “join me in yihad”.

  4. ADA: Now I’m getting e-mails with titles that could be of interest, you open them up, and it’s some fine gentleman’s latest stock tip.

Fortunately, AOL lets me sort the e-mail that doesn’t get caught in the spam filter by sender; that way I can delete the ones from people I don’t know much easier.
