Won’t it be kind of pathetic if nobody else comments on these open threads? I mean, sure, Atrios is really annoying with his numerous open threads, but at least people comment on them. If nobody comments on these but me, I’ll be kind of embarrassed.
Patterico (50c3cd) — 6/20/2006 @ 6:15 pmWoo-hoo! See-Dubya commented on one! And we’re OFF TO THE RACES!
Patterico (50c3cd) — 6/20/2006 @ 6:27 pmDid you notice how the LA Times is looking for a buyer? Anyone want to build a coalition to buy it and bring some needed balance to that paper?
JSF (a90377) — 6/20/2006 @ 7:17 pmIsn’t the LAT owned by the Tribune Company? Maybe if they get rid of the LAT they can finally have the time to do something about my poor Cubs.
Anwyn (01a5cc) — 6/20/2006 @ 9:04 pmIt is. Wanna buy it?
Patterico (50c3cd) — 6/20/2006 @ 9:04 pmWould that I had the millions. Possibly billions. Wouldn’t it be fun to own a paper?
Anwyn (01a5cc) — 6/20/2006 @ 9:13 pmHad I the billions I’d start with a private lending library. Then make everything available over the Internet.
