Well, that explains it! Here in the Poconos, where it’s supposed to be cold and snowy during the winter, it’s been above freezing for a couple of weeks now; it was 57ºF at 6:00 AM here!
We haven’t seen snow since a couple of weeks before Christmas, and all of that melted weeks ago. The ski resorts are either making snow (which is hard and icy) or closing down; it’s gotten into the fifties every day this week.
And now we know why: some lawyer from southern California stole our snow!
A lawsuit is forthcoming.
