Thanks for the drinking game, Patterico. These hearings are so maddening, I have a headache that I fear ONLY a drinking game will cure. (Or at least a light-hearted post ABOUT a drinking game.)

Was anybody else just watching Kennedy?

He just had a hissy fit demanding that Specter go into executive session to vote on a motion to subpoena copies of a magazine from the library of congress. It was fairly (here comes that word again) weird.

What’s going on with these guys? Are they drunk, or stupid…or crazy? Or are they just desperate?
