Prop. 77 Back on Ballot

In case any of you missed it, the California Supreme Court returned Prop. 77 to the ballot today, unless and until the Court decides to keep it off.

Since review was granted, it’s almost certain that the sucker will remain on the ballot.

  4. But note the Speaker’s comments. The Democrat machine intends to demonize it, and I’ll bet the unindicted Republican co-conspirators are going to keep a low profile.

    Time to make Dreier and company get out foresquare for this, or face a primary challenger.
