If my count is correct, approximately 60 nations have signed on to the PSI. That, too, was John Bolton's work.
Chris Dodd and Joe Biden can bitch and moan all they want about Bolton yelling at a staffer 20 years ago. I really don't care. What I do care about is whether, in today's world, someone can bring 60 nations to the table to implement an aggressive program to make this world a safer place. Bolton did that, and he did it effectively.
Maybe if Voinovich had bothered showing up for the hearings, and learning anything about Mr. Bolton, he'd have known about Mr. Bolton's exemplary work on PSI, and Voinovich would be crying because the Dodds and Bidens of the Senate are keeping a good man from a position that will help make the world safe for Sen. Voinovich's children and grandchildren.

We have not heard much about this program previously and it needs to be reported.
