Calling All Jurors From the Schiavo Civil Litigation
I’m just curious. Has anyone heard from the jurors who served on Michael Schiavo’s lawsuit — the one where he claimed he was going to spend the recovery rehabilitating Terri Schiavo?
I wonder what they would say about what he’s doing now.
If anyone knows one of them — or their cousin’s mom’s best friend — tell them we’d like to know what they think about this controversy.

All the news reports say that the malpractice case settled. While it is not uncommon for litgants to settle their dispute in the course of a trial, it most likely that the settlement was reached before trial so there weren’t any jurors.

I believe there were at least two malpractice suits, one of which was settled after a favorable verdict for Schiavo.

My memory is that there was a favorable verdict for Schiavo. There was an appeal, and a settlement was reached on appeal.
