This should cause the Prop to be voided, period. The chances it will have any repercussions is, sadly, doubtful.

It does have the effect of eliminating attempted robbery from the “strike” list unless it is an attempted armed robbery or attempted bank robbery.
The violent felony list does not include attempts, but the serious felony list does.
