CBS sets up an independant panel with Thornburgh in it. Now look at the two outcomes. 1. Panel gives CBS a pass on the forged document issue. Response from CBS: I told you so! 2. Panel states CBS had a huge lapse in jugdement when pressed to make a partisan story. Response from CBS: Thornburgh is on the panel and he is tied to Rove! Unfair!
