I've heard a good speech by Arnold; in fact, I had a front row seat for one at the state GOP convention last February. That speech left me with high hopes, which in turn left plenty of room for disappointment tonight. Instead, I was positively surprised. That said, I was more impressed by yesterday than today, overall. Arnold’s speech wasn’t good, it was great.
