1. The only reason we don’t do triage (cost/benefit) in cases like this is socialism.

   My wishes:

   If I become a burden let me die. If I become a burden and can’t help myself help me die. I do not wish to live at the expense of my children or some one else’s children.

   I owe it to the living.
