I posted on socallawblog this time because:

1. I started this particular topic on that site eight months ago, and it fit so closely with that previous post that it just seemed to be a better thematic fit.

2. For whatever reason, my computer was having admisitrative problems logging on to the calblog site today.

3. I hadn't posted to socallawblog for a while and wished to keep in the So Cal Lawyer's good graces.</description>
