Nothing I tried, including crashing the computer would get rid of the popup. So, I went for their service. By the time I got their invoice, I contacted msn technical services, and spent the next 3 hours on the phone with their techies purging my computor of them. I never down loaded their software into my computor. I sent them an e-mail to cancel and found that, amongst other things I would have to snail mail them a hard copy of my invoice. I tried to print the invoice, and found only the heading prints, the part that contains the required invoice number will not print. Anyway, a call to the Atlanta BBB about them shows that they are no longer in business at the address you show on your site. The latest address is Mail Wiper, Inc. PO Box 500517, Atlanta, Ga. 31150 I have filed a complaint with the FTC and have disputed the charges to my credit card. I work at home and I was not able to work for 3 days because their spy ware locked my computer. I had to take my computer to a place for service. Two days and 200 they managed to fixed it.
