Congress has to accept the Supreme Court's landmark abortion decisions (Roe and Casey) as correct statements of constitutional law; Congress can't just say that those cases were wrongly decided.

That's just what J. Marshall and J. Blackman want you to believe, but if Congress wanted to be an *ss and the president did too, I have no doubt the Supreme Court could be overturned. It also sounds like some in the house are communicating their dissatisfaction with the Judiciary. The stitch in time switched just enough opinions on the SC, I think that a Congress and President loaded to bear has just that much power. If November 10th, the Rs retain the Presidency and add maybe a seat or 2 in the Senate and hold the house, hang on to your hats and glasses if the SC tries anything, and I bet the SC knows it.
